I Can Be an Engineer
Engineering is all about solving problems, building new things, and understanding how the world works—and in our STEAM program, children explore engineering concepts through fun, hands-on experiences designed just for them.
The Power of Simple Machines
Children discover how everyday tools like levers, pulleys, wheels, and inclined planes make work easier. Through engaging activities, they learn the basics of mechanics and cause-and-effect by experimenting with these simple machines in playful, meaningful ways.Vehicles in Motion
Kids investigate how different vehicles move by exploring wheels, engines, and transportation systems—from trains on tracks to planes in the sky, boats on the water, and even submarines below the sea. They get to design and build their own models, learning about motion, force, and how things travel through air, land, and water. The Builder’s Lab
This area invites children to plan, stack, and stabilize as they take on the roles of architects and engineers. One of our most requested STEAM activities, Cardboard City, transforms a classroom into a bustling cityscape using cardboard and cardboard construction tools. Through this immersive experience, children develop spatial reasoning, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills as they build houses, shops, and city structures.Design. Build. Race.
Children explore principles of motion, speed, and gravity by creating ramps, tracks, and vehicles. They test their designs through exciting races and experiments, encouraging critical thinking and iterative design—just like real engineers.
Each activity nurtures creativity, experimentation, and collaboration, empowering young learners to think like engineers and discover the joy of building and problem-solving.

The Builder’s Lab
Hard hats on—it's time to build! This week, our young creators transformed into real-life engineers as they explored the world of design, construction, and creativity. In the Builder’s Lab, we used blocks, recycled materials, tools, and imagination to plan, test, and build all kinds of amazing structures.
Vehicles in Motion
This week, we hit the road, took to the skies, and dove beneath the waves in our exciting exploration of how vehicles move! Our young engineers investigated all kinds of transportation—cars and trains on land, airplanes and helicopters in the air, and boats and submarines at sea
The Power of Simple Machines
Get ready to lift, launch, and roll! In this hands-on adventure, young engineers explore the incredible world of simple machines—like levers, pulleys, wheels, and inclined planes. We’ll test how ramps can help us move heavy objects, build our own mini catapults, and even design contraptions that make work easier. Through play and experimentation, kids will discover how engineers use simple tools to solve big problems—one clever machine at a time!
