Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition for the remaining 5 classes of the Fall 2025 semester is $95 total ($19 per class). Payment is due in full at the time of registration to secure your child’s spot. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable, as class materials and supplies are prepared in advance.

Late Fee Policy

A $50 late fee will be added if a payment is not received within 2 business days after the due date. If the unpaid balance goes over $400, a 3% monthly interest will be charged on the remaining balance until it is paid in full. Accounts with overdue balances will not be allowed to re-enroll in future sessions until the balance is cleared.

Returned Check Policy

Any checks returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $50 returned check fee. Applicable late fees  will also be added.

Cancellation/Withdraw Policy

To withdraw from the program, please email written  notice to: steamwithseleste@gmail.com. You may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed. Your child may continue attending through the end of the month for which you've paid. If you have extenuating circumstances that may warrant a refund, please submit them in writing for consideration.

Behavior Expectations

We strive to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive space where children can explore hands-on activities like baking soda experiments, sensory bins, and paint with care and respect. Children are expected to follow basic safety and behavior guidelines. While we use positive, age-appropriate strategies and keep families informed, any behavior that repeatedly puts others at risk may result in removal from the program. If concerns arise, families will receive written notices; after three without improvement, the child may be removed. Future payments will be canceled, but refunds are not issued, and re-enrollment will not be permitted. Please remind your child to use listening ears, gentle hands, kind words, and walking feet.

Media Release*

Photos and videos may be taken during STEAM with Seleste  classes and activities for use on our website, YouTube, TikTok, social  media, promotional materials, and future branding. Children’s names will  never be included with any shared media. Families may choose to opt in  or opt out at any time by contacting us directly.
