Late Fee Policy *

Late Fee Policy All payments are due on the last Friday of each month. A $50 late fee will be added to any unpaid balance after 2 business days. If the unpaid balance exceeds $400, a 3% monthly interest will be applied until the balance is paid in full. Accounts with overdue balances are not eligible for re-enrollment in future sessions until the account is cleared.

Returned Check Policy *

Any checks returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will incur a $50 returned check fee. Applicable late fees will also be added.

Cancellation/Withdrawal Policy *

To withdraw from the program, please email written notice to: steamwithseleste@gmail.com. You may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed. Your child may continue attending through the end of the month for which you've paid. If you have extenuating circumstances that may warrant a refund, please submit them in writing for consideration.

Behavior Expectations *

We are committed to creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment for every child. Children are expected to follow basic safety rules and behavior expectations. Our lessons often involve hands-on materials like baking soda, vinegar, sensory bins, and paint—all of which require gentle and respectful use. While we use developmentally appropriate behavior strategies and communicate proactively with families, a student who repeatedly puts themselves or others at risk may be removed from the program. If any behavior concerns arise we will contact the family in writing. We will continue helping the child maintain a safe environment, however, if there is no improvement after three (3) written notices, the child may be removed from the class. In such cases, future payments will be canceled. Refunds will not be issued, and the student will not be eligible to re-enroll. Media Release *

Photos and videos may be taken during STEAM with Seleste classes and activities. These may be used on the STEAM with Seleste website, YouTube, TikTok, social media, promotional materials, and future branding. Children’s names will never be included with any shared media.
